At the conclusion of your trial, either the Accused or the Crown Attorney has a period of 30 days to determine whether or not to Appeal the Court’s decision. Appeals require a careful review of the Judges written reasons in order to determine if any legitimate grounds of appeal exist. If one or more ground of appeal is identified by Mr. Wolson, a detailed written factum (legal argument) will be filed with the Court in advance of an in person hearing. Mr. Wolson will then attend to present your case to the Appeal judge, or panel of Judges on your behalf.
